Hello, my name is Angie Barringer, myself with my horse (McK) run barrels in the National Futurity Circuit along with the Rodeo Circuit.
We run not only because we love what we do, but for a 10 year old little girl named Sarah. Sarah lives with a deadly disease by the name of Galactosemia. There is little to no support in the funding of research to help find a cure for this disease. Attached is the story of Sarah Southard, she and her family have touched my heart. The National Circuit takes us all over the United States and with your help every time we run gives us a chance to raise money for Sarah’s Cure. Just to give you an idea of what I’m talking about, depending on which show/race we attend, McK and I could be running at $5000 to $375,000. I know we won’t win them all, but that is our goal every bit helps to fund research.
If you have never heard of Sarah’s Cure take some time to look at the website at (www.sarahscure.com). McK and I are asking for your help by becoming one of our sponsors for the 2010 season. In return for your sponsorship, your company name and logo will be displayed in arenas across the USA, by having it embroidered on all our shirts, printed on all flyers that are passed out to raise awareness and also displayed on the side of McK’s horse trailer that travels the highway. Many of the races are produced and played on the internet and also many TV stations through out. Proceeds will go directly toward research for treatment or a cure for Galactosemia via Galactosemic Families of the Southern States. (GFSS), a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization.
Your sponsorship is tax-deductible and checks should be made payable to “GFSS” memo to say sponsor for Angie Barringer benefiting “Sarah’s Cure”. You will receive a receipt as well has frequent updates on our progress and also photos of McK and I running for a cure … A BIG CURE!
Your help is greatly needed and most appreciated.
Sincerely,
Angie and McK

Thank you.
